Customer Services Officer (2026 Campus Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily counter operations, customer inquiries and documentation tasks at the branches
  • Conduct product selling and client referral as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Fresh graduates who graduate (or will graduate) between 1 January 2025 and 31 July 2026 without any full-time work experience after graduation
  • Strong sales and service orientation with outgoing personality and good communication skills
  • Responsible with strong team spirit
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and proficiency in Cantonese is preferred
