Responsibilities:
- Execute business development strategy, market expansion strategy, and annual business plans within the Business Banking sector.
- Develop feasible client outreach for Business Banking RM
- Measure effectiveness of strategies in achieving business target and KPIs.
- Enhance cross-border and local customer management, from customer acquisition, cross-selling to upselling strategies
- Communicate and coordinate within bank and with parent company on business implementation in Business Banking segment
- Monitor business progress, prepare data analysis, outreach summary, and report materials on a regular/ad hoc basis.
- Research and analyze regional policies and market dynamics to formulate business strategies and outreach plans in conjunction with existing circumstances.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in financial services,
- Sound knowledge in business banking sector, banking operation, risk management and business practices
- Possess a strong sense of awareness to people, able to identify bottlenecks and motivate team
- Familiar with banking operations and related policies, laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills with good command of Chinese in both spoken and written including Mandarin
