Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the company’s IT Team to oversee the company's information security, data governance, and other related tasks.
• Regarding information security or IT-related work, the position does not require direct management of servers, networks, or other IT infrastructure, as those will be handled by BOCHK IT Department. The position’s primary responsibilities include collecting various information security related or IT related data for the company or implementing measures by BOCHK IT Department.
• Regarding data governance work, this role involves revising the company's data governance policies and guidelines, overseeing the data governance processes, based on IT Team’s instructions.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks according to their urgency and importance, ensuring timely completion.
• Writing skills (mainly Chinese documents), proficiency in Word and PPT would be a plus.
• Proficiency in both in Mandarin and Cantonese would be highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in Excel (VBA) will be a plus.
