Job Description
- Develop the business model with the innovative technology in order to enhance the customer journey and experience
- Analyse user requirements and collaborate with IT to conduct the feasibility study
- Design the process flow in the digital platform to enhance the customer experience
- Conduct iterative research on the latest Fintech development, market trends and innovative products and explore the new solutions / initiatives
- Formulate system requirements and support UAT in Agile environment
Job Requirements
- Degree or above with major in e-Commerce, Innovative Technology, Business Administration, Information Technology, Design, Event Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Shows creativity and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skill and with team-work spirit
- Have can-do attitude and willing to the extra mile
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Innovation Project Manager
