Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to the senior management of Private Banking Department whenever required
- Liaise and co-ordinate meetings with internal and external parties whenever required
- Manage appointment schedules, work plans and all business trips arrangements
- Issue agenda and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes in the meeting, follow up with parties concerned in respect of matters decided at the meeting
- Prepare reports and presentation materials, draft departmental correspondence
- Timely distribute the inter-departmental correspondence received from other departments and outsiders to the appropriate staff for further handling
- Do proper filing in accordance with the Bank’s procedure manuals
- Assist in other administrative matters for the Private Banking Department
Requirements:
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin a definite asset
- Degree or Diploma holder or above in financial management or other relevant disciplines also an asset, formal secretarial training preferred
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in banks or financial institutions
- Familiar with general office systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS office
- Well organized, detailed minded, self-motivated, independent, efficient and able to work effectively under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
