Deputy / Assistant Teleservices Manager – (Contact Centre, WMS – Cross Border)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality services to customers of “Cross-boundary Wealth Management Connect” through inbound and outbound calls in order to achieve business targets
  • Identify existing and prospective customers’ financial needs, including both products and services
  • Responsible for the online account opening for local and cross border customer
  • Propose resolutions and ensure formulations are in line with the overall business strategic goals, particularly optimize the retention of existing customers
  • Assist the superiors in implementing in accordance with the unit development guidelines and policies
  • Address customer feedback / complaints professionally

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above is preferred
  • Possess qualifications in HKSI
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in banking / financial institution, customer services experience a definite advantage
  • Independent, self-motivated, customer-centric and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of English and Chinese in both verbal and written including Putonghua
  • Proficient in PC applications, such as MS Office and Chinese inputs
  • May required on-shift duty as needed
  • Applicants with less experiences will be considered as Teleservices Executive
  • Applicants with more experiences will be considered as Teleservices Manager
