This role also demands strong financial accountability, high-level operational leadership, and the creation of innovative experiences that deliver measurable business growth and guest satisfaction.
The Director of Events is fully accountable for the events department's financial performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. They are expected to work cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing, Food & Beverage, Operations, and Guest Services teams to drive revenue, enhance the resort's brand, and elevate guest experiences. |
