The Manager, Residences Marketing is responsible for supporting Group Residences activities, initiatives, and development objectives. Duty Engineer

| Supervises the work of the subordinates and extends professional technical guidance/skills when so needed. Trains, motivates and disciplines subordinates and ensures that all work performed is in accordance to specification. Prepares the daily engineering reports and liaises closely with other senior staff on engineering defaults. Inspects all engineering/mechanical fittings on a regular basis and ensures that daily logs of plant/utility meter readings are made. Attend to all complaints/request for engineering repair/maintenance work and studies Work Order sheets before issuing such work order of priority to his subordinates after briefing them on the technicalities. Conduct regular testing of fire protection system in accordance to established schedule. |
