The mission and intent of the incumbent is to ensure the service and culinary standards are in compliance with all MOHG service and HACCP standards. In Room Dining Manager maintains an efficient operation of the department and meets guests' expectations for quality of the product and service. He/she will make sure that all standards and procedures of the department are being followed and are consistent. The In Room Dining Manager will oversee the overall day to day operation, planning, and long-term outlook of IRD Department and is responsible for supervising the IRD servers, coordinators and the mini bar attendants.
The In-Room Dining Manager maintains an efficient operation of the department and meets guests' expectations for quality of the product and service. He/She will make sure that all standards and procedures of the department are being followed and are consistent. The In-Room Dining Manager will be overseeing the overall day to day operation, planning, and long term outlook of In Room Dining.
The Manager of In-Room Dining reports directly to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and is responsible for supervising the In-Room Dining servers, cooks and order takers. |
Americas - General Accountant

It is the mission and intent of this position that the General Accountant will assist the Director of Finance & Assistant Director of Finance in compiling & analyzing data related to all Revenue generating facets of the hotel credit and related decisions for the Hotel. This individual will present suggestions for improvements and meaningful solutions to daily revenue and adjustment issues, as they occur.
This position performs all of the daily audit procedures necessary to ensure the balance & accuracy of all the financial operations and corresponding records. Responsibilities include preparation of various daily reports, assisting in general ledger and month-end closing activities and reporting and working closely with all revenue generating departments to ensure accurate daily reporting of Revenues for the Hotel. This individual must ensure adherence to proper revenue policies & procedures in accordance with all GAAP, Governmental & Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Standards.

A Front Desk Agent will be responsible for the check-in and check-out process as well as answer general questions regarding local entertainment, hotel hours of operation, services and facilities, and assisting with any other guest requests.

The incumbent will be providing various services and products to the guest and must always be representative of the brand.

The Engineer is responsible for the safety and comfort of all guests, colleagues and visitors of Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta and the operation, maintenance & repair of all hotel equipment.
It is the mission and intent of this position that the Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the general condition of the property with regards to all aspects of basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and painting work. In accordance with Mandarin Oriental corporate guidelines and ensure compliance to all local, state and federal regulations. Complete maintenance request work orders from all departments on a timely basis. Participate in the preventive maintenance program for all-building equipment and rooms. Complete other special projects assigned periodically by the Director of Engineering and the Assistant Director of Engineering.
The Engineer will report directly to the Assistant Director of Engineering. |

The Chiller Plant Operator Duties and Responsibilities
1. Major responsibilities:
• Create a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and colleagues by operating maintaining and repairing all Major Base Building Systems in an efficient manner.
• Conduct rounds of the facilities plants as well as all other mechanical areas.
• Daily operation and adjustment of the facilities BAS.
• Assist guests and colleagues on all Engineering related enquiries relative to Major Base Building Mechanical systems.
• Immediately report any mechanical deficiencies to the Assistant Chief or Chief Engineer for immediate action.
• Serve as a member of hotel emergency response team.
• Assist Fire Safety Director and conduct related responsibilities.
• Comply with all hotel rules and regulations.
• Constantly maintain a high degree of professionalism at all times.
• Assist when needed in other areas of hotel in the event of an emergency.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
