The legendary Hotel Palace Luzern first opened in 1906 and is in the city on the shores of Lake Lucerne. After a complete renovation, the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern reopened its doors in September 2022. It comprises 136 rooms and suites offering excellent views over the lake and mountains. Three restaurants, one bar together with a variety of meeting facilities, a Spa and a fitness room roundup our offer for our Guests.
As Room Attendant you are responsible for the following duties :
Professionell roomcleaning of the stayover – arrival- and departure rooms
Cleaning of the corridors and storage rooms
Back of the house cleaning such as offices and colleagues’ changing rooms
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the floor and housekeeping office
Reporting technical defects
Forwarding lost and founds to the Housekeeping Office
Complying to the hygiene and safety standards
Execution of Turndown Service
Responsible handling of work materials and inventory
As Room Attendant we expect from you:
Strong service orientationed and independent work method
Flexibility – your postion includes weekend and holiday shifts
Excellent manners, well-groomed appearance and high quality awareness
Open-mindedness, sense of responsibility and team spirit
German and English knowledge. Other foreign languages are advantageous

Das legendäre Hotel Palace Luzern wurde erstmals im Jahr 1906 eröffnet und befindet sich in Luzern am Ufer des Vierwaldstättersees. Nach einer kompletten Renovierung eröffnete das Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern im September 2022 seine Türen für Kollegen und Gäste. Das Hotel verfügt über 136 Zimmer und Suiten mit herrlichem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und die Berge. Drei Restaurants, eine Bar mit wunderschöner Terrasse, der Meeting- und Eventbereich, der Spa sowie ein Fitnessraum runden das vielfältige Angebot für unsere Gäste ab.
Als Room Attendant sind Sie verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben :
Professionelle Zimmerreinigung der An- Bleibe- und Abreisezimmer
Reinigung der Korridore und Lagerräume
Reinigung der Backbereiche wie Büros und Mitarbeiterumkleideräume
Einhaltung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Etagen- und Housekeeping Büros
Meldung von technischen Mängeln
Weiterleitung von Fundsachen an das Housekeeping Office
Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
Durchführung des Turndown Services
Als Room Attendant erwarten wir von Ihnen:
