What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a candidate with community engagement knowledge and experience to help deliver outcomes in the Strategic Communications and Engagement branch. This may include:
- Assisting with the development of community engagement plans and support with other engagement related templates and processes.
- Assisting with the delivery of consultations and community engagement projects with a particular focus on CALD communications and engagement with underrepresented groups.
- Website administration for Your Say Yarra online engagement platform and Council website for engagement promotion.
- Introducing dynamic, creative and innovative communication, activities and solutions to engage CALD and underrepresented groups within the City of Yarra.
- Working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to write accessible engagement content for people from harder to reach and CALD communities in the City of Yarra.
