The discipline of Chemistry in the Department of Chemistry and Geosciences needs adjunct instructors for General Chemistry courses (CY 105 and CY 106) and Chemistry lectures and oversees the College Chemistry Labs (CY 107 and CY 108). These courses make up the introductory level chemistry or Gen. Chem courses and their respective labs. We offer a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with three concentration options. General Chemistry I and II are required for all of these tracks. We also serve as service courses and prerequisites for other programs across campus. We are seeking applicants to provide in-person, hybrid, and/or online instruction. Experience teaching in a traditional classroom setting is desired. Tasks are reviewed for compliance with instructions and adequate completion. The HVAC Mechanic III works rotating shifts; special situations or emergencies may necessitate reporting on a scheduled off-day. |
