| The Director of Administrative Support and Facility Operations will be responsible for direct supervision of all departmental administrative support staff and the facilities coordinator for the Isenberg School of Management. The Director reports directly to the Senior Associate Dean (SAD) for Finance, Operations, and Strategic Initiatives. This is a highly independent position, requiring the ability to make critical and timely decisions affecting many individuals, creating & shaping departmental policies, planning operational budgets, and coordinating activities with multiple entities, both on and off campus. |

| The Executive Assistant I supports the social justice mission of the College by providing comprehensive, executive level, administrative support to the Dean of the College of Education. Assisting in a wide range of complex and confidential matters including overseeing the Dean's schedule, screening visitors and phone calls, reading and responding to daily emails, composing or preparing other correspondence, researching and preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining paper and electronic files. Provides similar administrative support to the Director of Development.
Reports directly to the Dean of the College, with independent decision-making responsibilities, under established guidelines, particularly in the absence of the Dean. |

| The Director of Facilities for the Daniel J. Riccio Jr. College of Engineering is responsible for daily functions related to project management and facility operations of the College’s building, including the Sustainable Engineering Laboratories (SEL) and for various facilities within the Riccio College of Engineering. The position will heavily rely on multi-faceted communications to coordinate resources, expertise and services efficiently and effectively to continuously support a complex research, teaching and outreach operation. The Director works closely with the Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs, Planning and Operations with a dotted line to the Assistant Dean of Administration and Finance, in developing, planning, designing and executing projects in partnership with the University’s various departments including Design and Construction Management, Physical Plant, Environmental Health and Safety, and Disability Services to insure the safe, efficient, and effective operation of approximately of all laboratory, office and classroom spaces on the Amherst campus. |

This position oversees business, fiscal operations for academic, research, and outreach activities in the Riccio College of Engineering’s Dean’s Office.
