Collaborates closely with the Executive Pastry Chef in both execution and the creative development of baked goods. Responsible for supervising and developing staff and students, managing bakeshop operations, and ensuring adherence to university policies, quality standards, and operational goals. Responsible for the Bakeshop in the absence of the Director of Bakeshop Operations/Executive Pastry Chef. |

Acts as station champion in leading a small team and performs routine tasks in preparing and serving food to order. Trains kitchen staff as needed. May also be required to prepare more complex dishes to assist the Cook III. |
