Performs general custodial duties in connection with the cleaning and maintenance of a building or of an assigned area within a building in the Auxiliary Services Department. Works as a member of a team cleaning custodial program (CAPP Hillyard Rovic) which includes housekeeping, cleaning, moving furniture, and trash removal in assigned Auxiliary Services buildings.
Assistant Director Career Development Services UMass Amherst
Reporting to the Director of Career Development Services for the College of Humanities and Fine Arts (HFA), the Assistant Director provides personalized career, job and internship advising to HFA undergraduate students and recent alumni. This position plays a key role in helping students identify and clarify their professional goals and teaches the career skills necessary for student success upon graduation. In addition to one-on-one advising, the Assistant Director delivers career development workshops and in-class presentations on topics such as career exploration, internships, résumés and cover letters, interviewing, networking, and job search strategies. This role involves building strong relationships within and beyond the college to support HFA student career growth and success. Career programming takes place across campus and occasionally on the Mt. Ida campus.
Career Specialist - Brockton, MA UMass Amherst, Boston
The University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute (UMDI) MassHire Greater Brockton Career Center (MHGBCC) Career Specialist provides direct services to qualified job seekers through job counseling, workshop instruction, networking, and coordination of outside services. Career Specialists ensure that job seekers have information, training, and skills required to meet the demands of area businesses and to facilitate job-seeker access to local employment opportunities.

Prepares and cooks food such as meat, fish, poultry, sauces, gravies, soup, and other foods in large-scale quantities; evaluates food for quality, quantity, appearance, temperature, and taste.  Acts as station champion in leading a small team and performs routine tasks in preparing and serving food to order. Trains kitchen staff as needed. May also be required to prepare more complex dishes to assist the Cook III.
