Graduate Education Recruitment Specialist (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing Strategy and Communications for Isenberg Graduate and Professional Programs, and working closely with all program personnel, the Graduate Education Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing qualified leads for Isenberg Graduate and Professional programs. The position will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System data, qualifying leads and recommending appropriate allocation of marketing resources to follow-up with prospective students.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator UMass Amherst
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining efficient recruitment processes and supporting the University’s recruitment and onboarding activities and goals. The Coordinator collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams as well as with hiring managers and candidates. This position applies professional human resources knowledge and sound judgment to ensure compliance with policies and collective bargaining agreements, while delivering superior customer service.
Associate Director for Labor Relations (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
The Associate Director for Labor Relations oversees the implementation and day-to-day administration of the University's staff collective bargaining agreements. Participates in the development, planning, and implementation of labor strategy, labor relations policies and procedures. Promotes collaborative labor relations by providing leadership, representation, coordination, advice, and support to university leaders in all aspects of labor relations, including contract administration, grievance handling, arbitrations, collective bargaining and unfair labor practice charges. Maintains effective relationships with union leadership, legal counsel, and utility industry labor relations contacts.
Human Resources Business Partner I - Multiple Positions (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
Under the general direction of the College of Natural Sciences Human Resources Business Partner III, the Human Resources Business Partner I supports an academic grouping within the College of Natural Sciences in meeting its HR operational and strategic objectives, with a high degree of judgment, initiative, and leadership. Serves as a subject matter expert and advisor on matters related to human resource management, personnel policies and procedures for all employees throughout the unit.
