The IT Systems Analyst consults with end users and stakeholders (Project Managers, Utilities & Maintenance Managers, Office of Information Technology, vendors, etc.) and conducts technical analysis of systems and network communications to design, build, configure, implement, test and maintain systems. Investigates problems with existing systems and delivers solutions while maintaining system compatibility and enabling integration.

The Desktop Support Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of the desktop support; oversees a dedicated technical team devoted to providing high quality desktop technology solutions across multiple UMass departments; provides guidance with regard to infrastructure, server support, security incidents, inventory management and policy compliance, as well as troubleshooting of hardware, software, mobile devices, and ensure excellent customer service, satisfaction and appropriate staff coverage in reporting lines.

Assistant to Farm Superintendent (Hadley Farm) UMass Amherst
The Assistant Farm Superintendent will work closely with the Farm Superintendent and Equine Barn Manager to support the daily operation of the College of Natural Sciences (CNS) Center for Agriculture, Food, and the Environment (CAFE) Hadley Farm Research and Education Center.  Duties include conducting daily facility inspection, maintenance, and repair, serving as a primary support person for federal capacity-funded research, daily maintenance of animal health and well-being, Veterinary and Animal Science Program curriculum, and public outreach programs conducted at the Hadley Farm
Temporary Professional- Registered Nurse UMass Amherst
Under the general direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager and in collaboration with other health care providers, the Temporary Professional - Clinical Registered Nurse is responsible for the triage, assessment and patient care of illness, injury and general health concerns for all patients using University Health Services (UHS). Nursing services are provided during regular clinic hours, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
