Program Coordinator (Investigation Coordinator/Paralegal) UMass Amherst
The Investigation Coordinator/Paralegal plays a critical role in supporting the Equal Opportunity and Access (EOA) Office's mission to promote a respectful, equitable, and inclusive campus community. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Equal Opportunity Investigations, and operating within the broader leadership of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Equal Opportunity and Access, the Coordinator provides essential administrative and paralegal support for EOA intake and investigative functions. This position assists with managing case-related documentation, supports investigative interviews, coordinates meetings and schedules, and ensures timely, organized, and confidential handling of sensitive matters. The Coordinator must demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills and sound judgment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with complex and sensitive information and will value collaboration, discretion, and equity in all aspects of their work.

Performs general janitorial duties in connection with cleaning and maintenance of campus facilities.
Program Manager - Pathways Program (Hybrid Opportunity) Mt. Ida - Newton
The Program Manager leads the daily operations and student experience of the Career Launch Program on the Mount Ida Campus, a career-focused first-semester initiative for incoming UMass Amherst students. This position supports the development of new pathway programs and coordinates with stakeholders across UWW, Mount Ida, and Amherst to promote student success and seamless transitions.
Investigator (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
Under general direction of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Equal Opportunity and Access and Director of Investigations, the Investigator effectively investigates alleged violations of campus non-discrimination policies, including discrimination, harassment, and related retaliation. The investigator works under the direction of other senior staff on complex cases.
