| The Senior Business Systems Analyst (Document Management Systems) is a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, responsible for the administration, functional support, and ongoing enhancement of UMass Lowell’s enterprise document management platform, Softdocs. This position serves as the primary functional administrator for document management systems and provides cross-support for related platforms including DocuSign, Salesforce, Form Assembly, Perceptive Content, ServiceNow, and other integrated cloud-based applications.
The Senior Analyst collaborates with university stakeholders to analyze, design, implement, and support digital document, form, and workflow solutions. This role works in close coordination with UMass System Information Technology Services (UITS) and works with the Softdocs vendor as needed to support system operations, integrations, and issue resolution, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and university information security standards. |
