| Research populations will include: people with opioid and other substance use disorders, criminal justice involved individuals, incarcerated individuals, individuals with mental health conditions, and state- and county-level administrators in the fields of public health, medicine and health care delivery, criminal justice, and public policy. The candidate will conduct interviews with research participants, facilitate focus groups for research purposes, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, coordinate training events and meetings, ensure that research projects meet regulatory requirements, coordinate the work of students and staff, oversee COVID-19 mitigation efforts as needed, prepare budget reports, assist with project management, co-author reports and papers for dissemination, and perform other research-related tasks. |

This position will have a 3-3 teaching load including courses in drawing and painting (which may include undergraduate studio classes in each) as well as art foundations courses. | The Director of Finance will provide high-level strategic leadership and support for the financial and administrative goals of the School for Global Inclusion and Social Development (SGISD) and its institutes, including the Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) and the Institute for New England Native American Studies (INENAS). The incumbent will have authority and responsibility over all aspects of the financial management and operations of the Institute and School, including grants management, managing the budget and accounting functions for the units; and will provide overall leadership, direction and assistance in budgetary preparation. The incumbent will analyze a variety of financial information; provide direction and support in making yearly spending recommendations while maximizing the use of funds; and for ensuring overall operations are within the unit’s budget. |
