Visiting Faculty - Accounting

| The Accounting Department at the Robert J. Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Lowell invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track position at the rank of Visiting Instructor to start in the 2026 Spring semester. This position will focus on teaching financial or managerial accounting at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Additional areas of teaching expertise are also welcome.
The Accounting Department is currently building faculty capacity to deepen its teaching pool and increase program offerings at both the undergraduate and graduate level. It offers a Baccalaureate degree, Master of Science in Accounting, Master of Science in Accounting Analytics, Master of Business Administration – Accounting Option, and Ph.D. in Business Administration – Accounting Option.
In addition to traditional face-to-face course offerings, UMass Lowell has a large and growing set of online courses and programs. Online teaching experience is highly desirable. The standard teaching load for this job is eight courses (four per semester) per academic year.
Located 25 miles northwest of Boston, UMass Lowell has over 18,000 students and is one of the largest public universities in New England. The Manning School has over 3,800 undergraduate and graduate students and is accredited by the AACSB. |

Carpenter I (Alterations)

| The Carpenter I, working within the Alterations Department, maintains and enhances campus buildings and related structures. This role involves applying carpentry techniques and utilizing tools to construct, alter, repair, and/or install walls, stairs, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, hardware, and other architectural elements. The Carpenter I collaborates on alteration projects, performs structural modifications, and ensures high-quality, safe work. This position requires inspecting structures, estimating required resources, and interpreting blueprints or sketches. |

Access Services Associate, Library (Temporary, Part-Time)

| The Part-time Access Services Associate will contribute to the operation of UML University Library and the Access Services department by participating in: Interlibrary Loan, student employee supervision, circulation desk functions, customer service, stacks maintenance, and other projects as assigned. This position will be scheduled for up to 18 hours a week; to be discussed in interview. |

| The Computer Systems Administrator (CSA), an independent and contributing member of the Chemistry and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology IT teams, will implement and support policy decisions, and represent CNS and both departments in appropriate meetings/projects. The CSA, with a strong ability to prioritize and make decisions for computing facilities of two departments, is responsible for support of research, teaching and administrative network-attached workstations, stand-alone computers, peripherals, hardware, software and all network connections. |
