This position will coordinate requests from University departments/units, suppliers, and partners, and will identify, interpret, research, and resolve issues to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction in compliance with all applicable University policies, processes, and procedures within the Administration & Finance organization. The Associate will assist departments/units on proper completion of procurement, accounts payable, contracts, sourcing, and procurement technology transactions, procedures, and available self-service tools.
This position is the primary hiring path into UMPO Admin & Finance, built around a 2-3-year rotational program that helps candidates hone their overall business skills. |

Evening Supervisor/Library Access Associate - Lydon Library

| Based at Lydon Library, the Evening Supervisor supports daily operations of UML Library and the Access Services department by participating in building management (including closing procedures), student employee supervision, Interlibrary Loan, circulation desk functions, customer services, stacks maintenance, and other projects as assigned.
Hours for this position are Sunday through Thursday 3 pm – 11 pm during the fall and spring semesters; summer hours: Monday through Friday, alternating days 9 am – 5 pm and 11 am – 7 pm. Flexibility around intersession, summer, and final exam periods may be needed. |
