Performs general custodial duties in connection with the cleaning and maintenance of a building or of an assigned area within a building in the Auxiliary Services Department. Works as a member of a team cleaning custodial program (CAPP Hillyard Rovic) which includes housekeeping, cleaning, moving furniture, and trash removal in assigned Auxiliary Services buildings.
Cook I (Blue Wall Cafe) UMass Amherst
Prepares and cooks food such as meat, fish, poultry, sauces, gravies, soup, and other foods in large-scale quantities; evaluates food for quality, quantity, appearance, temperature, and taste.  Acts as station champion in leading a small team and performs routine tasks in preparing and serving food to order. Trains kitchen staff as needed. May also be required to prepare more complex dishes to assist the Cook III.
Administrative Assistant II (Economics) UMass Boston
The part-time (.50 FTE) Administrative Assistant for the Economics Department is responsible for maintaining the daily administrative and financial support functions for the Department of Economics. The incumbent will interact daily with full and part-time adjunct faculty, graduate teaching assistants, and numerous undergraduate students and will provide them with direct administrative and financial support. They will monitor departmental finances and human resource needs for Economic Majors and Minors along with the Applied Economics MA Program; will assist the Chair of the Department in the scheduling of class sections each regular academic semester; and will serve as the department property administrator, working with relevant University units to ensure the smooth on-boarding of new personnel. The incumbent will also supervise student employees.
Campus Fire Marshall UMass Amherst
Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director for Campus Safety & Fire Prevention, or other person designated by the Executive Director of EH&S, develops, implements, maintains, and manages all aspects of a comprehensive fire safety compliance and prevention program, Serves as Campus Fire Marshal for Amherst campus (Amherst and Mt Ida) and all other satellite locations.
Administrative Assistant II (Anthropology) UMass Boston
The Administrative Assistant will support all clerical aspects of the Anthropology Department, working alongside the Department Chair, Graduate Program Director(s), and Graduate Program Coordinator on departmental tasks related to administration, personnel, curriculum, finances, event scheduling, and regular upkeep. The incumbent will also provide support to students regarding course registration and declaring majors, faculty advising assignments, and supervising work-study employment.
