| The Finance Department at the Robert J. Manning School of Business, University of Massachusetts Lowell, is seeking applications for the prestigious Robert J. Manning Endowed Chair in Finance, a tenured full-professor appointment. We invite applications from tenured full professors or advanced Associate professors with the potential for promotion to full professor status with a Ph.D. in Finance from an AACSB-accredited school. The ideal candidates will possess a record of nationally recognized research in any area of Finance as evidenced by publications in top-tier finance journals. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate excellence in teaching and service within their academic community and profession. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high-quality research agenda, mentor Ph.D. students, work collegially, and collaborate effectively with faculty, graduate and undergraduate students, alumni, and stakeholders within the School and the broader community. Employing the use and need of specialized testing and monitoring, diagnostic equipment; works synchronously with Control Technicians / trade personnel maintaining the building systems integrity, exercises functional supervision of other employees of lower grade performing related repair and maintenance activities. |

| The Clinical Social Worker and Coordinator for University Health Services Counseling Center will provide high quality, time-effective, evidence-based and culturally responsive clinical services, including: triage; emergency and crisis intervention services; referrals and evaluations; as well as individual and group counseling and psychotherapy, with a special focus on responding to the needs of multicultural students. The incumbent will manage a caseload so as to serve the maximum number of students who are appropriate for services at the University Health Services Counseling Center; and will consult with and/or make timely and appropriate mental health referrals for students as needed. Some extended day or evening hours may be required. |

The incumbent will have authority and responsibility over all aspects of the financial management and operations of the Institute and School, including grants management, managing the budget and accounting functions for the units; and will provide overall leadership, direction and assistance in budgetary preparation. The incumbent will analyze a variety of financial information; provide direction and support in making yearly spending recommendations while maximizing the use of funds; and for ensuring overall operations are within the unit’s budget. |
