| The Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Lowell invites applications for Adjunct Professors (standard teaching load 1-2 courses per semester). The successful candidates will be expected to begin work in Spring 2026, Summer 2026, and/or Fall 2026. We are looking for candidates who can assist in teaching BSBA, MSA, and MBA students in the following courses: Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Tax, Governmental and Non-Profit Accounting, Fraud/Forensics, and other similar classes. The Department of Mathematics at the University of Massachusetts Boston invites applications for a Robert T. Seeley Visiting Assistant Professor position beginning September 1, 2026. This is a one-year non-tenure track position which is renewable for a second year (contingent upon availability of funding and satisfactory performance). It carries a teaching load of 1-1. The research area of interest is open to all fields of pure and applied mathematics closely related to those in the department of mathematics. Candidates should be authorized to work in the United States and have received a PhD by the time the position starts, and they should show outstanding promise of research ability as well as a capacity for effective teaching. We invite candidates who have demonstrated excellence in building partnerships with community organizations to facilitate student learning through various experiential education experiences, particularly practicum placements and service-learning for both undergraduates and graduate MPH students. We seek applicants recognized for excellence in teaching, mentoring, and advising as well as exceptional organizational and management skills, ability to work with diverse populations, and excellent oral and written communication skills in English. The successful candidate will work with internal collaborators within the University as well as with local healthcare organizations, community partners, industry and government health agencies. |
