| The Volunteer & Mentor Recruitment Coordinator (part-time/temporary) supports alumni engagement initiatives by recruiting, coordinating, and stewarding alumni and community volunteers for mentorship, networking, and university programs. A primary focus of this role is supporting the Braven Mentorship Program, in partnership with the College of Fine Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (FAHSS). This program connects alumni and professionals with students to strengthen career readiness, leadership development, and student success. The Coordinator also contributes to additional volunteer initiatives and alumni programs that build community, pride, and sustained engagement among UMass Lowell alumni. |

Marketing Support Staff (Part-Time/Temporary)

| This position focuses on student-facing and campus-wide marketing to support the Department of Student Life and Engagement. This role assists with marketing programs and annual events, oversees ordering of apparel and promotional materials for student clubs, and provides design and social media support using available software, prior designs, and branding guidelines. This is a part-time, in-person role that works closely with professional staff and student employees to ensure clear, consistent communication across the office.

| The Director of Educator Field Placement, Licensure, and Workforce Development leads the School of Education’s efforts to strengthen the educator pipeline through high-quality field experiences, licensure alignment, and data-informed workforce strategies. The Director ensures that educator preparation programs produce equity-minded, effective, and licensed educators who meet the Commonwealth’s evolving workforce needs.
This position oversees the full continuum of educator preparation — from field placement identification to licensure endorsement and workforce data analysis — in compliance with Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) regulations. The Director provides leadership in partnership development, data systems, and assessment practices that connect preparation programs to statewide workforce priorities.
