They will teach strategy, attend every practice or competition, and the coach will help manage team dynamics. The coach will also work with the club’s executive board, who oversee all scheduling and fundraising efforts. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Club Sports and indirectly to all Campus Recreation professional staff members and sport club officers. The Women’s Club Soccer program falls under Campus Recreation and is not associated with Athletics. |
