WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. 
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Research, compile, and evaluate information used in the development, enhancement, or maintenance of IT Contracts, including identifying, defining and documenting the business situation driving a vendor relationship.  

  • Develop conceptual designs and systematic solutions to satisfy customer requirements and to develop a technical description to satisfy customer requirements and represents the most efficient and effective solution in relationship to operational costs, usability and maintainability.  

  • Support processes to oversee implementation of contractual requirements and perform required contract administration tasks and to take the executed contract through establish administrative processes.  

  • Effectively and efficiently administer contracts and leverage legal resources to negotiate contracts that satisfy legal, business, technical and financial requirements. 

  • Provide decisive direction, guidance and judgment and an exemplary model of how others should interact and accomplish tasks. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 3+ years customizing IT procurement agreements and negotiating contracts. Must include contract administration and collaborating with teammates in the Legal department. 

  • Experience locating, using, and documenting information for analysis and collecting and analyzing data, organizing it into meaningful information, defining innovative alternatives and presenting conclusions. 

  • Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining IT Contracting Processes with a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness.  

  • Proven track record of excellent communication abilities, sound decision making and strong relationship building.  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • In-depth understanding of legal terminology. 

  • Membership and certifications in IACCM, NCMA or CTPS/CTPE.
