- Info Services Manager: $150,000 - $165,000, plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 5+ years of leadership or people management experience leading engineering and platform teams and initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering complex teams within a SAFe Agile environment, including PI planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-ART coordination.
- Strong technical acumen and AI fluency with the ability to define and execute legacy modernization strategies, balancing architectural transformation with business priorities, risk, and owning solution outcomes.
- Experience in the financial services industry, with an understanding of regulatory, security, and operational constraints.
- Solid foundation in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) with demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Experience managing third-party/vendor partnerships and distributed delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging, encouraging diverse perspectives, active listening, and continuous learning.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet and be based in the United States or Puerto Rico; quarterly travel to Omaha, NE required.

PREFERRED:
- Experience working in the insurance and/or financial services industry.
- Certifications
- Project Management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications)
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
- Insurance-related certifications (e.g., AINS, CPCU)
This role is classified as remote; however, periodic in-person attendance will be required at times for activities such as quarterly or project planning, training, or other business-critical meetings.
