The Engineering Practices team builds the golden paths, guardrails, and platform capabilities that every product engineering team at Mutual of Omaha depends on. As an Engineer IV on this team, you will operate at enterprise scope - designing, delivering, and operationalizing CI/CD platform capabilities, golden paths, deployment automation, templates, automated controls, and AI-assisted engineering patterns that enable secure, reliable software delivery and define how software is built, secured, and delivered across the enterprise. You will also actively teach and coach product teams through the Engineering Dojo. This is a hands-on engineering role. You are expected to lead through working code, reusable platform components, and direct coaching.
You are a seasoned DevSecOps practitioner - someone who has personally built and shipped pipeline native security, SBOM, and supply chain controls at enterprise scale, not just governed them from the outside.
