What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Relations Associate, you'll be at the frontline of our collections business and play a vital role in our organization's success.

In this role, you will:

• Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts.
• Spend part of your day investigating leads to trace and locate customers.
• Work closely with customers to understand their circumstances and negotiate sustainable solutions to help resolve their financial obligations.
• Use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve positive outcomes for both customers and the business.
• Build valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills that will support your long-term career growth.
