About the Role    

As a Student Welfare Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the wellbeing of students through compassionate pastoral care, meaningful relationships, and proactive wellbeing strategies. This dynamic role involves working closely with students, staff, and families to create a safe, inclusive school environment whether it’s by implementing support programs, responding to social and emotional needs, joining school excursions, or leading community and parent engagement activities.

Qualifications 

  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registrations.
  • Completed Certificate IV Youth Work; or
  • Completed Certificate IV Pastoral Care; or
  • Diploma or Bachelor in relevant field.
