Hi, we're Readify and we're looking for a new Sales Consultant to join us!

What you will be doing:
Joining an established sales team, your key focus will be to win new business within the Sydney mid to large enterprise market. Our people and our clients are key to us and therefore, bringing in projects that involve leading edge technology and which deliver business outcomes to our clients will be the mark of your success. Our offerings include Professional Services across Software Development, Data & Analytics, Innovation & Design and Managed Services. We are also doing exciting work with Mixed Reality and Business Intelligence. Any projects you win remain yours and you'll to continue to managing the client relationship and grow the account. Repeat business is one of Readify's strengths, so we are keen to meet business developers who have developed accounts. To ensure you are set up for success, Readify will invest in a significant induction program for you. This is in addition to providing you with some accounts on start, and introductions to key Microsoft and Telstra contacts.
You will report to our NSW Sales Manager, who you will work closely with you in contributing to and executing on the NSW strategy to continue to grow the Sydney business. Other key Readify team members to your role will include Technical Presales, Principal Consultants and Lead Consultants.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the way that our clients tackle business challenges and to work with people who believe in routinely shipping quality software to production. You will require the humility to work as a team with customers and the leadership skills to make and standby your decisions in relation to sales strategy.
This is a great role for someone who is self-motivated, has excellent solution selling skills and loves seeing clients excited about solutions to their business problems
