About the Role 

We’re looking for a relationship-driven consultant as we shape and grow our successful sales team! In this newly created role, you will develop new and existing client relationships and build a strong pipeline of quality work through focused activity.  

Reporting to the Territory Sales Leader, the Digital Services Consultant will: 

  • identify trends impacting industry, using this knowledge to engage with clients and propose solutions that address their current and future needs  

  • maintain a sustained program of activity on a variety of channels, including targeted calling, social media, attending events, and market research – developing a respected personal brand is key 

  • build long-term business partnerships to leverage revenue and promote TDIG as a quality, preferred provider 

  • conduct proof of concept demonstrations, collaborating on the preparation of Sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts and Account Management plans in collaboration with Pre-Sales Consultants 

  • recover quickly from setbacks and apply mindset and behavioural agility to deliver business outcomes when operating in the grey 

 

About You 

Ideally, you’ll have: 

  • a passion for the tech industry, with experience in delivery-driven sales 

  • a natural love of networking, with the ability to build strong relationships with co-workers, C-level customers and partners, and negotiate and influence accordingly 

  • the ability to creatively navigate challenging and ambiguous business situations and anticipate risks and problems before they eventuate 

  • An inherent ability to work comfortably in a self-service environment 

  • A super organised diary – you have great attention to detail and follow through 

  • mature judgment, intuition and high EQ – you strive for team success 

  • the ability to construct a compelling story in preparation for client conversations 

  • a flexible, pragmatic approach, being aware of individual and business needs
