You are responsible for the planning, development and maintenance of the University’s websites. You will oversee website architecture and functionality and work with stakeholder divisions as needed for each project. The role requires you to work closely with the Digital Transformation Office and Communications and Information Technology Division on web strategy, technology support, implementation and website security. You will plan website maintenance and the cyclical overhaul and refresh of the sites’ “look and feel” in accordance with the University’s branding efforts. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications, this role is pivotal in developing and delivering impactful messaging across all media platforms to foster positive public awareness of the University. The candidate will also work collaboratively with various divisions across SIT to gather insights, coordinate efforts, and craft compelling content tailored for multiple platforms.

For this role, you will spearhead the various cybersecurity enablement programmes in SIT, manage the cybersecurity related resources and initiatives within CoDE, and lead cybersecurity projects within SIT and with industry partners to support teaching and learning objectives. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering digital literacy courses to undergraduate students and academic staff as part of the institutional drive to ensure our graduates are ready for a highly digitally-enabled workforce.
