The project focuses on developing planning methods to support the electrification of harbour craft fleets, using real-world operational data to derive charging demand profiles and infrastructure recommendations. As part of this work, we are seeking a Research Fellow to lead the development of a user-friendly GUI tool that will enable stakeholders to interact with planning models and visualise simulation outputs. The RF will also support increasing coordination between different projects as the number of case studies and incoming datasets continues to grow.

The Senior / Manager plays a dual-role in supporting digital transformation and strengthening grants governance within the Continuing Education and Training (CET) division. The role oversees Training Management systems while also deputising in grants management, ensuring financial compliance, audit readiness, and process optimisation. The Senior Manager will supervise staff, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors, and help shape SITLEARN’s digital and financial governance roadmap in alignment with SIT’s strategic goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing and verifying Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) claims, assisting students with financial documentation and loan repayments, coordinating overseas study loans and mobility programmes, and working closely with staff and faculty to support student-related initiatives. You will also maintain accurate records and handle student inquiries effectively.
