Human Resources Manager - Business Partner

Responsibilities:

  • Play a crucial role in change management on both HR and organizational initiatives
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, talent development and retention plan
  • Partner with C&B Team to develop reward strategy and market best practices to attract and retain talents
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team to maintain talent pool for manpower needs
  • Engage management and employees to build morale, improve working relationships, and increase retention rates as well as productivity
  • Evaluate training needs and programs for people development
  • Formulate and execute employee communication and relations strategy and activities
  • Provide guidance to management on performance management and employee relations as well as addressing grievances
  • Analyze trends and metrics to provide HR solutions to management
  • Review and develop HR policies and procedures on a regular basis to meet strategic HR agenda while in compliance with Hong Kong Labor Ordinance and Company polices.

 

Education/Qualification/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years solid experience in Human Resources functions in a sizable company

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
  • Experience in HRIS or payroll system will be an advantage
  • Detail-minded, well-organised with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytic and goal-oriented skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
