Review the daily accounting operations performed by the out-sourced Share Service Centre. Prepare management accounts and financial reports, draft financial statements and prepare other necessary reports and documents for management and auditors. Handle full set of accounts for companies including month end closing, accounts schedules and reconciliations. Liaise with external parties, support on the annual statutory audit and tax filing. Reporting to the Assistant Accounting Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to handle general accounting entries, assist internal /annual audit and compile to schedules. He/ she will also assist in preparing internal monthly P&L report and consolidation for HK and Macau stores.

Perform timely POS System menu update and maintain hardware and software inventory. Provide daily technical support and handle requests from all stores.
