DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Support the installation of holiday décor around the park
• Assist with other duties as needed
• Cross-departmental and vendor communication
• Job site point-of-contact support
• Documentation management

SEEKING INDIVDUALS WITH:

• Comfortable working in low light conditions and in various weather conditions
• A background in theater, theme park entertainment, production or relevant entertainment experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great attitude, work ethic and strong performance
• An ability to work independently on a team and in a fast past environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
• Ability to read, interpret and execute plots, diagrams and other designs accurately and safely in the field
• A strong passion for delivering the highest quality of customer service

SCHEDULING AND AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Schedule will be based on project need (dates between October 20 – Jan 23) Shifts will include overnights and/or weekends work.

Eligibility

• Must be a current USH Team Member
• Attendance - TM must have 8 or below attendance points AND no more than a Written Warning 2 in the last 6 months
• Variance - TM must have 7 or below variance points AND no more than a Final Written Warning in the last 6 months
• Behavioral - No more than a Final Written Warning level discipline in the last 6 months
• Probationary Status - TM must have passed or be within 75% Through probation during application/ selection and must have passed probation as of start date of role
