BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance of the artistic integrity and intention of the event, a consistent and sensitive relationship to the live performance, and setting the ethical and moral ‘tone’ for the company
- Participate in leading a culture that promotes a professional, collaborative, inspiring, inclusive, fun and teamwork-driven work setting for all employees
- Provide support for seasonal staff including area/venue supervision, coaches, captains, performers etc.
- Work closely, communicatively, and efficiently with partners
- Provide feedback and coaching to captains, coaches, trainers, and performers
- Ensure that any incidents, injuries or discipline issues are resolved and reported appropriately
- Document and organize reports nightly
- Specific operation responsibilities per the needs of the event
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities by following established USH policy, procedures, training, and employee involvement activities.
- Cast performers nightly to fill staffing vacancies
- Performs other duties as assigned
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Superior leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Previous Show Quality coach experience highly preferred
- Directing and Scareacting experience preferred
- Ability to work successfully and safely in a fast paced and continually changing environment
- Ability to work and drive in night conditions
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational and staffing skills
- Previous experience in large scale entertainment events
Eligibility
- Attendance - TM must have 8 or below attendance points AND no more than a Written Warning 2 in the last 6 months
- Variance - TM must have 7 or below variance points AND no more than a Final Written Warning in the last 6 months
- Behavioral - No more than a Final Written Warning level discipline in the last 6 months
- Probationary Status - TM must have passed or be within 75% Through probation during application/ selection and must have passed probation as of start date of role
- Leadership - No removal from lead role in the last 6 months
- Must be current USH Team Member
- Availability - Open availability for all training, rehearsals, and HHN shifts
- Must have valid Driver’s License
