Academic Advisor and Enrollment Coordinator, SNEHS School of Nursing, Education and Human Studies Moon Campus
This position is complementing the advising provided by faculty and department heads in SNEHS with a focus on undergraduate recruitment and retention. The person will help to advise undergraduates,, will assist the school in recruitment and career placement activities, and will serve as a point of contact for all SNEHS student frequently asked questions and matters of procedure. Work is performed under the supervision of the Dean of the School of Nursing, Education and Human Studies, with the assistance of the department heads.
Camp Coordinator Academic Outreach and Impact Moon Campus
Under general supervision of the Center for Outreach & Impact, the Camp Coordinator provides direction and supervision to Site Directors and Camp Counselors to ensure that the RMU guidelines, safety policies and procedures are being followed in all summer camp programming. Camp Coordinator will supervise, manage, and support camp staff during the summer season while working to ensure a fun and safe space for campers and camp staff. This is a non-exempt salary position with the possibility of overnight work hours that will be determined upon assignment. Position requires 1-2 hours/week from March through June based on a flexible schedule alignment. Position requires 5 hours/week June 1st-16th and 8am-4pm June 17th-21st. Residential (overnight) stay with working hours 8am-10am; 4pm-10pm June 23rd-28th. Position requires “on call” status after 10pm.

Assistant Coach, Strength and Conditioning, Part-Time Athletics Strength and Conditioning Moon Campus
Responsible for assisting the management and administration of the intercollegiate Strength and Conditioning program within the guidelines, rules, and regulations of Robert Morris University, the Northeast Conference, and the NCAA. This is a part-time, not benefit eligible position which is limited to a maximum of 950 hours per calendar year and will run from January to April and August to November each year. Although an exempt position, hours must be tracked in the Time Management system.
Grounds and Athletic Fields Supervisor Facilities Grounds Moon Campus
The Grounds and Athletic Fields Supervisor serves as the primary coordinator of maintenance for the campus grounds athletic fields, tree service maintenance, grounds pest management, hardscape maintenance, and site amenities and gathering space. Will also be a resource to all other Grounds, Maintenance, and Operations areas of work. Position will serve as the primary individual for all athletic turf maintenance. Provides direction and oversees grounds employees on a day to day basis. Using expertise to assess field and weather conditions and provide high quality playing surfaces. Coordinate directly with both coaches and athletic staff regarding game field schedules and practices. Responsible for equipment maintenance schedules, assisting in developing standards for field maintenance and recommending best practices for a Division I Field program. Supervises winter operations during inclement weather.

Literacy Tutor, Structured Literacy Education Moon Campus
The Structured Literacy Tutor will work directly with children in grades K-12 that are referred to the Center for reading and/or writing tutoring. The Tutor will conduct screenings on all incoming students to determine instructional needs, plan developmentally appropriate instruction based on data, conduct progress monitoring, communicate with parents, and administer all post assessments with clients. The Tutor is responsible for all parent communication and preparation of materials associated with tutoring sessions. The Tutor will keep accurate and timely time sheets and attendance records. Frequent meetings with the Coordinator of the Center will be essential to ensure all students are being serviced properly. This position is partially funded by non-university funds. Position continuation is contingent upon grant renewal or procurement of additional funding sources. This is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis.
Part-time Faculty - Psychology Psychology and Health Sciences Moon Campus

Director of Development, Athletics Athletics Administration Moon Campus
The Director of Development, Athletics will manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and prospects in support of the athletic department’s initiatives and goals, and in support of subsidizing operations of the men’s and women’s hockey programs. The Director is responsible for raising restricted and unrestricted funds for the hockey program and the department through personal solicitations and events. The Director is also responsible for supporting key fundraising events and the annual fund, with a major focus on fundraising for the department’s hockey programs. Where appropriate, the Director of Development will coordinate efforts with the Athletic Marketing/Communication, Corporate Sponsorship, Compliance and University Institutional Advancement. Responsibilities also include support of the Senior Associate AD for Development by providing reports and data to ensure the department is on track to hit its financial goals.
Compliance and Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) Coordinator Athletics Administration Moon Campus
The Compliance and NIL Coordinator assists the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance in administering and monitoring RMU’s day-to-day compliance program. Position will be the primary coordinator, project manager and liaison between multiple Athletics and University offices/departments to manage athletics and institutional processes and policies, ensuring that information and tasks are completed accurately, documented appropriately, and on time. Coordinates the Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) program for the department of athletics.

Ice Crew - NCAA Hockey Game Day Athletics Game Day Staff Island Sports Center
The RMU Ice Crew is a team of experienced skaters which performs a variety of functions at NCAA women's and men's hockey home and select hosted games. The Crew also provides spirit and enthusiasm which enhances the fan game day experience.
