Epidemiology, Open Rank CT Faculty Position, Biostatistics Core	Newark
The College of Health Sciences at the University of Delaware seeks an experienced, innovative, and highly motivated open-rank, continuing track (non-tenure) faculty appointment (9-month) for the Biostatistics Core, based in the award-winning Epidemiology Program. The position requires expertise in using statistical software including SAS and R, and the successful candidate will be expected to teach courses in epidemiology, research design, and biostatistics. The candidate should specialize in biostatistics or advanced qualitative methods, possess an expertise spanning a range of research designs and analytic techniques including experimental and non-experimental design, advanced modeling, logistical data analysis, and Bayesian methods. The primary responsibilities also include working collaboratively with CHS faculty by providing expert biostatistical and methodological guidance in the design, conduct, analysis and interpretation of data from grants/studies in basic, translational, clinical, and/or population science research, which may include adapting or developing new methods to address novel design and analysis issues that arise. The candidate must have an earned PhD, DrPH, or ScD in biostatistics, epidemiology, data analytics or a closely related quantitatively focused field from an accredited school or program of public health.
Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Position in Earth Surface Processes	Newark
The Department of Earth Sciences in the College of Earth, Ocean, and Environment at the University of Delaware (UD) invites applications for a 9-month, tenure-track faculty position in Earth Surface Processes beginning in fall 2025 at the rank of Assistant Professor. We are seeking exceptional candidates who will develop a strong externally funded research program, teach across the introductory to graduate curriculum, mentor graduate students, and contribute to a supportive and interdisciplinary culture within the Department, the College, and the University. Candidates will be considered from any specialization within surface processes/geomorphology; those focusing on coastal processes, natural hazards, or the cryosphere, and who use tools such as numerical modeling, remote sensing, and big data science are especially encouraged to apply.
Physical Therapy, Open Rank, Tenure Track Faculty Position	Newark
The Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Delaware invites applications for an open rank faculty position. The appointment is for a nine-month academic year. We seek clinical scientists with strong research training, a commitment to professional and graduate education, and effective interpersonal skills. Research focus can be in any area relevant to Physical Therapy. The candidate should have an earned research doctorate in a related field, have post-doctoral research training, be eligible for licensure as a physical therapist in Delaware, and possess a strong desire to develop and conduct a nationally and internationally recognized research program. Post Doctoral Researcher, Phonological Learning and Speech Production	Newark

Sayako Earle and Ho Ming Chow). This position is 100% research with an ample opportunity to develop teaching skill. The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out advanced neuroimaging analyses on existing fMRI data and develop new experiments using various behavioral, neuroimaging, and neuromodulation techniques (fMRI, DTI, simultaneous EEG-fMRI, tACS, fNIRS). Salary is competitive and is set by the University rules depending on level of training. Initial appointment is for one year with possible renewal contingent upon satisfactory performance and available funding. The position has a starting date of July 1, 2024
