| Under the general direction of the Director of Global Outreach & Partnerships, the Assistant Director for Global Outreach & Partnerships is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating international partnerships and agreements. This role emphasizes project development and management, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement of processes supporting Global Outreach & Partnerships activities. The Assistant Director independently manages campus-wide projects, including a portfolio of first-semester travel/study programs for the World Scholars Program, and curates relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance CGPS programming and campus internationalization. The position also supervises administrative staff and provides operational oversight to Program Coordinators, ensuring effective execution of unit priorities. |

This facility provides the setting for applied research in many areas coupled with the dissemination of these results and additional information to Sussex County residents as well as to the state and region.
The University of Delaware Extension Vegetable and Fruit Program conducts applied research and provides Extension support to Delaware’s vegetable and fruit growers. This position will support research projects related to vegetable breeding and genetics, vegetable and berry production practices and variety evaluation. The Research Associate will work under the supervision of the Assistant Professor-Extension Vegetable and Fruit Specialist. |
