This position serves as both an administrator and a principal faculty member, supporting all facets of the PA Program’s clinical education in close collaboration with the program director, faculty, and staff. Core responsibilities include developing and delivering clinical curriculum, creating rotation‑specific syllabi, and ensuring alignment with accreditation standards. The role also involves recruiting and sustaining clinical sites and preceptors, coordinating and evaluating clinical rotations, advising and monitoring students, and maintaining accurate academic records.
Additional contributions include participating in admissions processes, committee service, program events, and continuous program improvement initiatives. The incumbent will also represent the program at professional meetings and support activities that advance both the PA Program and the physician assistant profession. |
