Responsible for executing the new Lehigh 360 initiative, this position will direct, manage and maintain the ongoing development and implementation of this campus-wide program. This position will report to the Administrative Director and up to the Vice Provost for Creative Inquiry, and will work at the direction of both to strategize and execute this new program intended to connect Lehigh University students with immersive high-impact programs from across the University. The Lehigh community takes seriously our commitment to antiracism and The Principles of our Equitable Community.

1. Directly work with program, office and department representatives from across campus to obtain complete and accurate information about immersive, high-impact programs from across the University
*Work with Creative Inquiry leadership to determine needs and timetable of program implementation
*Connect and cultivate relationships with multiple campus offices and program representatives
*Maintain and update website for Lehigh 360 to ensure accuracy of information

2. In collaboration with Creative Inquiry leadership, design and lead the Lehigh 360 pilot program and help select an appropriate digital platform.
*Lead the design and development of Lehigh 360 pilot phase
*Assist in recruitment of student participants for pilot phase
*Work with Lehigh 360 strategic leadership to select and contract with a digital platform for the Lehigh 360 initiative
*Collect data and analytics from pilot phase for use in developing scaled-up phase of initiative

3. Manage day-to-day aspects of Lehigh 360 through and beyond its pilot phase and scale up the program from its pilot to full campus-wide implementation
*Connect and communicate with classes around campus and market to cohorts of students
*Conduct public-speaking tour of the University to promote and recruit for Lehigh 360 activities
*Partner with Communications and Marketing Specialist to collect stories of participants to use in recruiting and external marketing materials
*Identify and pursue extramural funding sources for initiative to scale up and gain broader support

4. Collaborate with Communications and Marketing Specialist to develop a comprehensive strategy for advertising and recruiting program and scaling student participation
*Assist in developing communications, marketing and recruitment plans for campus and external audiences
*Publicly represent and speak for the Lehigh 360 initiative
*Partner with Communications and Marketing Specialist to develop and maintain social media presence for Lehigh 360 and leverage existing Creative Inquiry social media strategies
*Develop and provide content for recruiting materials to campus constituencies.

5. Conduct regular reviews and reports on Lehigh 360, including but not limited to participant demographics, program efficacy, comprehensiveness of participation and program gaps
*Partner with the Office of Institutional Research to obtain data on student participants
*Continually assess program participation and strategize to optimally increase number of participating programs
*Assess and optimize evaluative components of initiative and determine the ideal e-portfolio strategy
*Partner with the Center for Career and Professional Development staff to assist students with developing their e-portfolios based on participation in Lehigh 360

The duties of the position do not allow for a remote work option; the employee in this position will be required to work on campus where they can be fully accessible to the Lehigh community

This is a 1 year term position with possibility of renewal

This position works with minors

This position is funded by soft dollars; there is no severance associated with this position


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Three to five years related work experience 

Experience in Program Development and/or Management at higher education institution

Knowledge of High-Impact Learning Practices and current related trends

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service required

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and a high degree of initiative for bringing tasks to completion 

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent computer skills with experience using word processing, spreadsheet and database software

Successful completion of standard background checks including but not limited to: social security verification, education verification, national criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, PATCH, FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearance and credit history based upon the requirements of the position
