Assists in the development and implementation of both the educational and the athletic components of the NCAA Division I FCS Football program. The assistant coach will be fully responsible for making recommendations to the head coach for daily practices, game day, and for specified line-ups, teaching the specified offensive schemes to the team and working with the other assistant coaches.
