Receiving and Purchasing Manager

The Receiving and Purchasing Manager administers and coordinates purchasing of food, supplies, and equipment using generally accepted
purchasing procedures in support of student dining, catering and conferences, auxiliary shops, and services. Works with management staff to
develop product specifications, new product recommendations, and sources, and oversees the receiving and storage procedures for all
storerooms. Prepares and executes bids, meet with brokers and vendors, establish daily/weekly delivery schedules, monitors contract
negotiations and compliance, and resolves any product problems. |
Assistant Director, School of Leadership and Education Sciences Annual Giving

The assistant director is a key member of central Annual Giving and School of Leadership and Education Sciences (SOLES) development, with principle responsibility for SOLES annual giving. Reporting to the director of Annual Giving, the assistant director is responsible for developing SOLES annual giving campaigns, engagement strategies for SOLES alumni, and ongoing stewardship of SOLES donors. |
HVAC Systems Mechanic 2

The HVAC/Refrigeration System Mechanic 2 performs highly skilled journey-level work required to operate and maintain HVAC/Refrigeration systems and equipment. Diagnose, repairs and replaces electrical and mechanical components and controls to maintain peak operating efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Performs preventative and predictive maintenance inspections and adjustments to maximize equipment system life-cycle. |
