This position will report to the Assistant Athletic Director, Intramural Sports/Club Sports/Camps. The responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of its rugby team program including, but not limited to, rugby member recruitment, selection and performance, organizing and planning of practice sessions, attending all home and away matches, and ordering of supplies. |

The Electronic Resources Librarian is responsible for ordering, making accessible, and managing all electronic content, including databases, eBooks and ejournals, in collaboration with colleagues in technical and research services. They will troubleshoot access issues for these resources in a timely fashion, and gather and maintain acquisition and usage reports in support of assessment and accreditation. In addition, they will provide support and back-up to the Budget and Resource Management Librarian, which could include ordering collections and supplies and supporting budget management. |

This position is responsible for supporting Marist’s Ellucian Banner ERP and in the development of various software products in support of the University mission. This position will also write, test, document and deliver new software and processes based upon customer requests; develop reports; and ensure data integrity. The ERP programmer/analyst acts as a liaison with administrative offices while providing user support and excellent customer service.
