Job Title: One Stop Student Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to general inquiries from students and parents via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Complete office tasks such as supply inventory, filing, shredding, etc.
  • Support the professional staff in the One Stop with processes, projects including data analysis and social media posts, research and reporting, etc.
  • Access and update departmental systems including address changes, parking permit/vehicle updates, calendars, etc.
  • Assist in the creating of departmental communications and offering a student perspective
  • Upload documentation to the Perceptive Content system
  • Educating fellow students and parents on process and referring students to self-help on the One Stop website
  • Must be personable, comfortable with high volume telephone work and detail oriented
Qualifications:
  • Good interpersonal communication skills written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Maturity and ability to work with confidential information
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and take responsibility for tasks assigned
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be dependable and on time
  • Preference will be given to students that have experience and interest with one or more of the following: finance, data analysis and/or communications
Hours of Position:
  • Be available to work shifts equal to or greater than 2 hour increments weekly, during business hours, which are generally Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM
