Specifically, ICU Support Pool Registered Nurse is member of a robust ICU Support Pool, who upon completion of orientation, is able to work skillfully and autonomously in all adult critical care units, including Medical, Surgical/Trauma, Burn, Cardiopulmonary and Neuro in time blocks of 2-10 weeks. The nurse performs as a bedside nurse, teacher, medication nurse and care coordinator.
